Team Building activities are a tool used by companies to challenge their teams, stimulate professional growth and problem-solving abilities, and enhance soft skills in an informal and playful environment.
What is the difference between Incentive, Team Building, and Classroom Training?
An incentive is a moment of celebration, sharing, and relaxation that the company offers to its employees, sometimes extending the invitation to their families. The goal is to reward—or “incentivize”—employees by strengthening interpersonal relationships.
Team building is aimed exclusively at employees and, by using strategies based on games and role-playing, seeks to challenge participants, encouraging them to work together to achieve a common goal.
The fundamental difference between team building and incentive is the need to strive towards specific objectives, which is inherent to the nature of the former. To achieve these objectives, a facilitator (coach, counselor, or other type of trainer) is present.
Classroom training, on the other hand, is a more traditional, instructor-led learning experience with a professional trainer. Within this training path, an outdoor training component, such as a team building activity, can also be included.

How much time is needed to plan a Team Building event?
Team Building events are designed and planned in collaboration with the interested company, taking into account the objectives to be achieved, the number of people involved, the language to be used, and the time of year. Each event is fully customized and meticulously crafted, so it is necessary to contact us at least 20 days before the event to ensure the best possible result.
What if we need accommodations as well?
Our Association does not handle accommodations directly but will connect you with those who can. We have a network of partners that will be made available.
How much does a corporate team building activity cost?
First, let’s debunk a myth: team building is not a cost but an investment in your staff.
That said, the cost is highly variable and depends on the number of participants, the duration, and the objectives.
The price can range from €20 to €250 per person.
We offer standard pricing packages as a starting point for customization and to meet the company’s needs, including budget considerations.
Are the activities available in other languages?
Most of our team building activities can be conducted in both Italian and English.
